Reserving a Property
The property can be reserved by paying holding fee usually equal to one weeks rent. Assuming that the tenancy goes ahead, the holding fee will be deducted from your first months advance rental.

After you have seen the property and if you wish to proceed each applicant will be asked to complete a tenancy application form. You will need to supply addresses / contacts of the following; employer, Bank or Building society, previous landlords (if applicable) for taking up references. Rents
