“Business is booming for local Estate Agency”



Twenty Four Estates Ltd of Barrowford are streets ahead.



Established in February 2007 the company has gone from strength to strength within the east Lancashire area due to the high level of commitment, dedication and service shown by the company directors, Mr Gavin Hilton of Barrowford and Mr Mark Horsfall of Nelson.

So much so that they have managed to successfully tenant all of their rental properties and take on circa 40 homes for sale since opening their new premises in January. One of which is a magnificent grade II listed farmhouse located in Newchurch-in-pendle. Although the current building was built in 1750, records exist which date a previous building back to at least 1600 which obviously gives the home a wealth of history and makes it extremely interesting.



The pair have been close friends for over 10 years and have a wealth of experience within the property industry having previously been local sales and letting agents for a number of years prior to their own company formation.



The company quickly became a huge success, managing a few hundred properties both within the local area and as far a field as Manchester.



Being originally from a sales background they decided in July 2009 that it would be the right time to move premises to the upmarket village of Barrowford. A huge amount of planning and preparation shines through within the contemporary showroom offering a central position within the village.



Mr Hilton said “As I started my career in a sales environment, I took note that a large number of investors were operating within the local area back in 2006/2007 and decided to take steps in forming a company with Mark concentrating on facilitating a service to these landlords, taking the hassle out of the letting process. In retrospect I think we have managed to put everything into place at the right time from day one. We have done the same with the sales as I believe that the housing market is now getting back on its feet”



Mr Horsfall said “We are essentially a friendly, approachable company providing a high level of service with no hidden catches or astronomical fees. We operate on a strict no sale no fee & no let no fee policy.. we are that confident”



Since opening the premises in Barrowford in January 2010, the company has continued to grow and now has a plethora of properties for sale. Twenty Four Estates tick all the right boxes when it comes to marketing, driving things forward and client relations. The number of SOLD & “TOO LATE” boards which have already been erected speak for themselves.
