The most important part of any sale is the valuation, some may give you an opinion, we will provide you with an accurate valuation of your property and advice on an appropriate asking price. Others may over value your property, which leads to its own problems. Our valuations are free and with no obligation.

Marketing
We shall agree an appropriate marketing strategy with you, offering a range of options tailored to achieve your sale objectives.
As a minimum our marketing of your property will include the siting of a For Sale board, the preparation of quality colour sales brochures and the display of your property in our office, in the window and on our TV display and website.
Once your property is on the market, we'll continue to deal with the sale in a proactive manner, contacting you on a regular basis with all developments, such as notes of interest, and surveys. By monitoring the levels of interest we can give ongoing advice, such as fixing a closing date. |
Viewings
One thing we carry out as standard is 100% accompanied viewings of your property, we take the stress and anxiety away from you, and after all we are selling the property for you, so why should you have to do the Selling! The viewing process is so important; we gather information from buyers and soon have a feel if there is a problem with selling. We can also instruct you with ways to improve the sale of your house to achieve the best price and ways to present for potential buyers. |
